Bonn, Germany. A new team of UN for All trainers is ready

21 June, 2017

The city of Bonn houses a UN Campus that hosts eighteen UN entities, including the Secretariat of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the headquarters of UN Volunteers (UNV). Starting on 29 May 2017, a week-long training of facilitators took place in the UN Campus, led by Xavier Orellana and Tudor Kovacs. Fifteen participants from three UN entities learned how to deliver the Core and the LGBTI modules of UN for All. With support from the staff development units at each organisation, the challenge of this team of facilitators is to offer regular sessions for staff based in Bonn. One of the participants, Ibrahima Diop came from Dakar, Senegal where he works at the UNAIDS regional office and he will be charged with delivering training in Senegal and supporting countries in West and Central Africa.
